QING DYNASTY, KANGXI PERIOD

each with a spiral body rising from a short foot to a flaring rim, painted to the exterior with leafy blossoms and floral scrolls below a border of lotus lappets

Condition Report:
Both vases have general surface wear and losses to the enamels. The glaze to the exterior of the upper section is slightly stained for both vases.

There is a hairline extending from the rim (ca. 6 cm) to one vase, along with some rim fritings. The glaze around the rim of this vase is slightly matte. The rim of the other vase has two large areas (the larger ca. 13 cm long) that were broken into several pieces and restored with rivets visible to the exterior, together with some associated chips and losses.
