CONDITION REPORT:
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall with nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. With some shrinkage cracks and losses to the carving, as to be expected. There is minor separation at the joints, and some of the joints are loose in areas. Some screws lacking. There have been some minor restorations and replacements, such as to the catch on one side of one chair for the adjustable back. Some variation in color to the wood in areas. The cushions with some wear and minor staining.
