by Thomas & Jabez Daniell, London 1772, each of baluster form, the double-domed covers with urn finials, the circular feet with ropework bands. (2) 15.5cm high, 8.9 troy ounces gross
The marks on the underside are clear. One flange is marked with a lion passant, and the other with a maker's mark. There is no personalised engraving. One foot is dented, and the same caster has a small dent in the belly. Age-related surface wear.
