A PAIR OF GERMAN BISQUE PORCELAIN FIGURAL SPILL VASES. late 19th Century, each modelled as a child in 18th Century dress standing beside a hollow tree stump, the boy in a yellow coat and waistcoat and breeches, the instrument now broken away, the girl in a laced yellow bodice and flounced skirt holding a crook and lifting her skirt, both in flowered straw hats and painted throughout with gilt flower sprigs, upon naturalistic oval bases.
