oval, decorated in opaque pale pink enamel with bright green borders and scalloped dividers with gold floral decoration around orange enamel flowers, the lid applied with a watch movement under a pearl-framed domed glass lid, the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, signed L'Epine / Hger du Roy / A Paris, the identically signed movement with virgule escapement, spiral spring and regulator, Lépine caliber movement with free standing barrel, the base centred with a circular gold ornament, makers mark only, the rim with scratched number 84780, the movement stamped '51 86', with male winder
