A POSSIBLY HONGMU ‘DRAGON AND BATS’ TRAVEL VANITY SET
Southern China or Vietnam, Circa 1900s-1920s
With brass mounts and handles for transportation. The outer part is carved with bats, sapeques (coins) and dragons. It opens by a lid mounted with a mirror and two doors opening laterally and unveiling drawers and compartments.
