The Massachusetts badge is in overall good condition. The ribbon on the Connecticut badge shows signs of wear with fading and frayed areas. There is a minor tear in the ribbon near the upper right hand corner. Enamel is intact on both badges. Superficial scratching to the metal is consistent with wear.
