清道光 青花纏枝蓮紋盤一對
each having soft curved walls supported by a straight foot to a slightly flaring rim, the exterior with a six lotus heads born on a winding scroll with furls of tapered leaves, the interior with a roundel enclosing three similar flowerheads, encircled by frieze band of cloud wisps and petals at the mouth rim. The recessed base bearing a six-character Daoguang seal mark.
Diameter of each 6 3/4 in., 17.1 cm.
Asian Art
Both dishes in good condition. The quality of the blue on one dish is slightly deeper than the other.
