Condition Report: Each in very good condition, displaying delicate turned decoration at columns and finely modelled applied decoration, and each with refreshed gilding. Light rubbing, toning, and oxidation to each and concentrated in one example, with slight unevenness to base of same, and professionally repaired corner to base of other. Small loss to rim of one cover with area of subsequent rehammered repair. Each example free from splitting or considerable losses.
