The upper sections having key pattern rim bands above waisted necks entwined with a dragon amidst scrolling clouds. The baluster bodies relief cast with a pheonix & pheasant above a ckwork ground. The pedestals with turtles swimming amongst swirling waves, 35½'' (90 cm) in height.
