With a clean, complete, and well-maintained appearance, structurally sound and ready to use. With general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, and tiny losses throughout. With old repairs, primarily to feet and back rails, consistent with age and use. Replacements to veneers, notably to proper left seat rail of one chair. Upholstery with minor general wear as to be expected.
