Of ovoid form, with a coiled dragon applied to the flared necks, and low domed covers.The sale includes the Collection of Colin Hart QC, a distinguished barrister who was in practice for fifty years, and who sadly died recently.
He had a wide ranging interest in history, and was a lifelong collector of antiques, and most of all of Chinese ceramics.
His collection, and in particular the Song porcelain, gives us ample evidence of a truly discerning eye.
