A curved blade with a shallow fullers, the upper halves display etched decoration, stars, sun and moon on both sides. The maker's inscription, "Peter Mumm Klingen Fabricant a Sohlingen" on its back. Brass knucklebow hilt with remnants of gilding. Grip cover with fine brass wire winding. Brass and leather-covered wooden scabbard with two movable suspension rings and an iron chape.
