with tooled rim and shoulder and applied lug handles, with faint chop mark of maker, surmounted by 2, decorated with two cobalt tulips and floral swag.

Condition Report: Multiple spots fluoresce across exterior, corresponding to spider hairline visible on the interior under blacklight. Both lug handles with shallow linear spalls, each about 1" long, not affecting overall appearance.
