These American flags are depicted as flying with a lively rippled look, while international flags were flat straightforward images.early 20th cotton flannel, this is a completed quilt with batting and backing. Cigar flag quilts typically included groups of flags from many countries arranged to make a quilt with no particular aesthetic composition.
