A RARE AND FINE CENTERFIRE REVOLVER BY PRIMAVESI & SONS

Round, 44 cal. barrel, with foresight and flat back. Six-shot cylinder. Bench marks. The frame with fine engravings in racemes and frames. On the back the signature "F. PRIMAVESI & SONS CARDIFF SWANSEA & NEWPORT". The surfaces with much of the antique gilding. Trigger and hammer with remains of antique blue finishing. Grip with ivory grips. Butt-plate with screwed extractor ramrod and remains of blueing. Working mechanisms.

This lot contains parts (or is made of) ivory worked before 1947 as per the certificate that will be provided to the buyer: in accordance with articles 2 letter W) and 8 n.3 letter B) of EC Regulation 338/97 as amended by EC Regulation 2307/97 can be sold and purchased without certification.
