A RARE BOHEMIAN GLASS VASE WITH BOLTED PORCELAIN PLAQUE
Circa third quarter of the 19th century.
The blue cylinder-form glass vase with rounded porcelain plaque secured by thin bolts through the glass wall, painted porcelain plaque with gold encrusted acid etch decoration framing the hand painted scene, additional framing on the blue glass in raised white enamels shadowed by gilding gold trim top and bottom rims. No signatures were found.
Measures 11 x 6 inches.
