A RARE LARGE SCALE GEORGE III BRACKET CLOCK BY HENRY ARNOLD, LONDON

The mahogany case with ebony box wood stringing and ebony inlaid and painted with Greco-Egyptian motifs of a bull, an eagle and a lion, the enamel face flanked with quadroform ebony pillars and the whole surmounted in a gilt bronze, including lion ring handles on paw feet. The sides with carved and lined fretwork windows in the manner of Thomas Hope.
