A RED JADEITE SNUFF BOTTLE

清 紅翡翠光素鼻煙壺
Well hollowed, of ovoid shape with cylindrical neck with slightly concave mouth and a flat oval foot, the jadeite stone shades from intense reddish russet on one side to pale greenish-white on the reverse. Cloisonne enamel copper stopper. Qing Dynasty period.
