A pair of virtually identical starburst mirrors were formerly with Mallett, London, illustrated in their 1992 handbook, p.38-39
Condition Report:
Scattered cracks, flaking, chips, and losses to gilt and ebonized decoration throughout. With surface dirt, one star point element loose, and a small hole to the ebonized section visible in catalogue photo. Repairs to sections of the icicle border.
