A ROMAN GLASS BOTTLE
Circa 100 AD. A beautiful glass bottle with blue iridescence featuring a piriform body tapering to a long neck with flat folded rim. Glass was often the preferred material for storing expensive oils, perfumes, and medicines. The narrow body and mouth allowed the user to carefully pour and control the amount of liquid being dispensed.
