A ROUNDED IRON SOTEN TSUBA
Late Edo period
Pierced and carved with highlights in gold and silver taka-zōgan with a group of oni about to attack a kneeling priest, with a warrior looking on to one side, one side signed Goshu Hikone ju and the reverse Soheishi Nyudo Soten sei, fitted box, with NBTHK Hozon certificate. 8cm (3 1/8in) long. (3).
