A Russian Imperial Order of Saint Prince Vladimir, 4th Class Civil Division breast badge. Features a bronze-gilt and red enameled cross. Marked K and Cyrillic DO (?? - ??????? ??????) for Dmitry Osipov on the low arm on the reverse under the enamel.

The order was instituted on 22 September 1782 by Empress Catherine II in memory of the deeds of Saint Vladimir, the Grand Prince and the Baptizer of the Kievan Rus.
