Comprising a Russian gold rectangular cigarette case decorated overall with plain broad stripes alternated with four narrow grooves, the hinged cover applied with a double-headed eagle set overall with rose-cut diamonds and with cabochon sapphire thumbpiece. Hallmarked St. Petersburg 1908-1917, maker's initials L.K and 56 gold standard (14kt). Length 3.75 inches (9.5 cm). Total weight 154 grams.
