A Regency mahogany and ebonised inlaid wardrobe

A Regency mahogany and ebonised inlaid wardrobe, circa 1820, both panel doors opening to a handing space, 219cm high, 118cm wide, 56cm deep

Condition Report:
Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use,

The interior with hanging rails and arrangement of hooks, there is a collar missing to the end of the rail - this is therefore loose in this area and would need a replacement or alternative fitting.

One cupboard appears to have had a shelf fitted previously which is now missing - there is a red wash in this area to the surface.

Overall with a polished appearance, some scuffs and scratches however, the sides are less glossy in appearance than the front

The locks are operated by the same key (present) the locks are quite stiff and may require and benefit from some oil.
