In overall good and stable condition. Retaining a fairly even color throughout. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use visible. Age cracks visible in few areas, but mainly on the seat board which is of two board construction. Few small losses visible throughout, but none that cause concern for the structural integrity of the settee.
