in the manner of Reinhold Vasters, the 3D yellow gold polychrome enamelled mermaid looking in a hand mirror whilst dressing her hair with jewels, the surmount box-set with an oval ruby with red glass top (untested) to the centre within an 'C' scrollwork enamelled surround suspending a baroque pearl (untested), chain link connections, continental (possibly French) control mark, later fitted case for N Bloom

Condition: Overall condition good, commensurate with age Minor enamel loss and slight chips to edges Hole punched in one of the fins Ruby possibly repaired with red glass top
