A Roman knee broach with double pins, 2nd Century AD, a scarce type, finely crafted with wide, arched back and square pin catch with vertical flanges on all three side. A well-preserved example with nice olive-green patina. H: 1 1/2 in (3.8 cm). A beautiful Roman bronze professionally cleaned with a lovely olive-green patina. Ex Los Angeles private collection.
