A Ruby and Diamond Butterfly Brooch of open scrollwork design, set throughout with rose cut diamonds in white grain settings and round cut and oval cut rubies in yellow claw settings, total estimated diamond weight 1.50 carat approximately measures 7cm by 4cm
The brooch is in fair condition, showing signs of repair, some of the diamonds are chipped, and the rubies are abraded. It fastens with a pin and trombone catch. It is stamped 'K18', but in our opinion would test as gold and silver. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour J/K/L, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 25.28 grams. CR made 07.08.26.
