A Ruby and Diamond Pendant on Chain the central raised old cut diamond within a border of round cut rubies, in white claw settings, to a heart shaped pavé set diamond surround, surmounted by a plain polished bale, on a trace link chain, total estimated diamond weight 2.00 carat approximately pendant measures 2.7cm by 2.3cm, chain length 54cm
The pieces are in good condition, with minor chips/abrasion to some stones (loupe visible). The chain fastens with a bolt ring clasp and features a safety chain also with a bolt ring clasp. The pendant bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The chain is stamped '9CT' and in our opinion would test as gold. The principal diamond measures 6.89mm x 6.98mm x 4.44mm = 1.40 carat approximately. The approximate qualities of the principal diamond are; colour K/L, clarity I1/I2. The approximate qualities of the residual diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. The total estimated weight of the rubies are 1.30 carat approximately. Gross weight 10.05 grams.
