on three ball and claw feet with a gadrooned ball finial and scroll handle, embossed and chased with scrolling flowers, the cover inset with a Christian V King of Denmark, Norway the Wends and Goths, Thaler of 1696, cover with pricked initials, body engraved initials K:S:W:A:O:D:

Condition Report:
Normal nicks, dents, scratches and wear, a couple of tiny holes in decoration, cover a bit loose at hinge, generally quite good condition.
