dating: about 1580 provenance: Augsburg, Smooth-bore, two-stage, 10 mm cal. barrel, first part octagonal marked '.F. .I.', then round and slightly bell-mouthed; Augsburg mark under the barrel; external wheel-lock with heart-pierced mount and held by two screws; smooth lock plate with Augsburg mark, safety lock, cock engraved with a monster, sliding pan cover engraved with a fish; completely iron stock, butt with spherical pommel, the counter-plate with remains of engravings. Iron ramrod. length 28.5 cm.
