A grave panel pierced at the top with Arabic calligraphy flanked by two lions, the central register with a mihrab shaped panel flanked by Seljuk double headed eagle, the lower register with Arabic calligraphy.Inscriptions: at the top reads "This work is of Ali Hasan al-Qonoui".At the bottom reads" Abu al-hussain Salim Abdulkarim ibn Said ibn Salim lived till Muharem 409 AH/1018 AD. 16.5 by 16.5 cm.
