The blade with three mekugi ana, the koshira-e comprising a dark-red and black ishime-ji fitted with mounts inlaid with scrolling vines, the tsuka wrapped in cotton over same with shakudō and gilt menuki. Nagasa (length from tip to beginning of tang): 67.5cm (26 5/8in) long, 99cm (39in) overall.
