China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The compressed globular body rising from three slender cylindrical feet, with a partially open-worked lid surmounted by a figural Buddhist lion knob. The shoulder finely silver inlaid with a band of lappets.
Condition: Very good condition with minor casting flaws, wear, and few minuscule nicks.
