dating: 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Curved, single-and short false-edged blade (with pitting, to be cleaned), with fuller next to the back on both facets. Silver, cross-quillon with langets, engravings and mushroom-shaped quillons ends. Silver grip decorated with a relieved hand and floral engravings, angled upper end, engraved with a star and crescent. Fine, silver scabbard decorated with relieved rinceaux, stars and crescents, engraved and with frames in braided bands. Mouth decorated with a relieved hand which takes up the grip decoration. Two, silver bands with lug. length 87 cm.
