The body is decorated with a broad band of peony scroll between a flower-filled ruyi collar above a band of leafy meander below.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a polished chip to the mouth rim.
- There are a few iron spots and glaze gaps to the body.
- There are some small chips to the foot.
- There is a drilled hole to the base for TL test; test result is available upon request.
