A SMALL SPINACH-GREEN JADE VASE, EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The vase is of rectangular section and the sides are carved with a band of archaistic taotie-masks within bands of petal lappets. The tall, slightly flared neck is carved with a band of flower-heads. The stone is of a spinach-green tone with some dark specks and mottled inclusions.
