A Scottish Victorian gold mounted agate vinaigrette, c.1850, of scalloped barrel shape; the body composed of multicoloured agate/jasper panels, the hinged cover set with an oval mixed cut citrine with facing up pavilion, 18mm x 23mm, to an internal hinged openwork scroll design grill. 5.8cm x 3.5cm, Unmarked.
