The covers and liners are sterling silver. The bases have silver plating to the outside. There is some loss to the silver plating on most of the handles to the bases. In otherwise good, stable condition. There are engraved crests to one side of each cover, one side of each liner, and one side of each base. These have been heavily rubbed on the covers and liners. The handles are loose on most of the covers. See additional photos.
