The wood frames in overall decent, stable condition. Scattered losses to paint and gilt decoration. Worm to frame consistent with age. Some minor separation between joints. One example with an area of heavier paint and gesso on back where back rest meats seat frame suggesting possible restoration. All four chairs need upholstery with three examples lacking a pad on backrest. Additional images available upon request.
