A Sinotibetan gilt bronze figure of a green Tara. 18th century
Seated in lalitasana on a double-lotus base with her pendant foot resting on a lotus blossom, holding her hands in varada and vitarka mudra, dressed in an ankle-length dhoti with a finely incised pattern and adorned with jewellery inset with hard stones. The gilt base plate incised with a double-vajra.
