The circular jar punctuated by vertical bamboo-shaped poles in relief, creating six panels with different scenes, the entirety decorated with polychrome enamels and gilt, panels alternate in composition between flower arrangements in vases and Chinese-style figures in nature, the cover with a large finial in the shape of a pierced ball, with polychrome enamel and gilt design continuing uninterrupted between cover and body
