Condition Report: Structurally sound. Variations to color and grains of timber. With breaks to gallery and replacements to spindles. General marks, nicks, scratches, cracking, rubbing to surface finish, overpainted/infilled repair and scattered losses overall. No receiving hook for bolt to lower door. Losses to feet.
