A Sri Lankan sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The circular-shape sapphire, with old-cut diamond surround. Verbal from GCS, stating Sri Lanka, no heat. Estimated dimensions of sapphire 6 by 3.7mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Ring size U. Weight 2.2gms. Purchasing information Overall condition good to fair. Some scratches in keeping with general wear. Noticeable wear to some claws. Band slightly out of shape. Band shows evidence of repair/ resize. Diamonds well matched and bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Diamonds with small, scattered inclusions.

Sapphire is a medium deep, violetish blue hue, well saturated. Sapphire in good condition with a few minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
