A Staffordshire Salt-glazed Stoneware Solid Agate Model of a Rabbit or Hare, Circa 1740-50
The animal modeled recumbent with alert expression, its ears pressed back and picked out in cobalt, the patterned coat represented by folding brown and buff clay, the head left plain with brown slip dots for the eyes, 4 in. (11cm) long, 2 in. (6.3cm) high
