Kitae [forging pattern]: Itame-gokoro with some mokume-haba, a faint utsuri near the shinogi
Hamon [tempering pattern]: A narrow suguha in ko-nie with small ashi
Nakago [tang]: Possibly suriage, one mekugi-ana, yoko-yasurime, mumei
Habaki [collar]: Double clad, gold on copper
In shira-saya [plain wood scabbard]
Nagasa [length from kissaki to machi]: 69.3 cm., 273/8 in.
Saki-haba [width at the yokote]: 3.0 cm., 11/4 in.
Moto-haba [width at the machi]: 1.1 cm., 1/2 in.
