A TIBETAN FIRE-GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF BEGTSE
Tibet, 19th to first half of 20th century. The lord of war massively cast clad in armor and wearing a long skull necklace as well as a skull crown, holding a sword in one hand, the fearsome countenance with three protruding eyes, beneath flaming hair with some traces of paint.
Condition: The gilt has partly abraded, especially around the face, hands, and hair, also with few minor nicks and dents.
