Tibet, 20th century. The gilt bronze figure of Palden Lhamo, sitting on a mule, holding a skull cup in the left hand with serpents emerging from the scull, the right hand lift in karana mudra and with finely incised details. Palden Lhamo is known as the wrathful protector of wisdom and principal protector of Tibet.
Condition: Overall good condition with extensive traces of wear and verdigris. The figure is tilted.
