rectangular with cut corners, engine-turned in alternating horizontal and vertical reeded bands with engraved chevrons, framed by chased leafy scrollwork on a sablé ground, the sides and base similarily decorated, maker's mark PG in a rectangle, town, date and standard marks, the rim of the lid further struck with Prague standard mark '20 B'
